I’m a lead Product Designer with over a decade of experience shaping complex systems into human-centered experiences. My work lives at the intersection of AI, systems design, and service design to build trust and human abundance.

Professional Journey

At Square, I led design across the Risk & Trust ecosystem—reimagining the disputes dashboard across platforms, shaping AI-powered risk guidance, and designing repayment systems that reduced churn while preserving seller trust. I was often the bridge: the only designer across 12 teams at one point, aligning org priorities around seller empathy, and later helping build and mentor a 7-person design team.

As Director of Product Design at Underbelly, I mentored a team of 7 designers, built a sprint methodology to drive experimentation, and partnered with startups and global tech companies like Netflix and Meta.

Previously, at Pluralsight, I designed platform-level communication systems used across 20+ teams, crafted personalized onboarding and gamification flows that drove learner engagement, and scaled data visualization dashboards for technical leaders navigating digital transformation.

I’ve also been the founding designer at an AI startup (Verdi), where I built zero-to-one AI-native experiences, and a product designer at InMoment, where I delivered configurable dashboards and closed-loop systems that helped organizations act on customer feedback. Early experiences at Leef and nonprofits like Invisible Children sharpened my focus on design as both craft and social impact.

My education reflects this duality: a Master’s in Interaction Design (Cum Laude) from Harbour.Space, a BA in Arts Administration, Business & Fine Art (Magna Cum Laude) from Westminster, and additional training in AI product design, design sprints, and web development.

Design Philosophy

I design with one core principle: make lives better, do no harm. I look at both the individual story and the larger system, ensuring design decisions create clarity, not complexity. I thrive in messy problem spaces, pulling the red threads of insight that bring empathy and order.

I believe design is a team sport. The best work happens when PMs, engineers, ML scientists, operations, and customer support all align around a shared story. And in this new age of AI, the stakes are even higher—so I approach every detail with care, ensuring what we create amplifies human creativity and trust.

Beyond Work

I’ve always been a maker—from childhood fairs where I sold hand-built creations, to my ongoing practice as a painter and illustrator. I’m deeply passionate about economic empowerment and access, shaped by early work in microfinance and nonprofits, and I draw endless inspiration from time outdoors—where design and detail can mean the difference between risk and resilience. Travel and global perspectives continue to shape how I see design as a cultural dialogue.

Let’s Connect

I’m always excited to collaborate on designing AI, systems, and stories that empower people and reimagine what’s possible.
