Redesigned Square’s disputes dashboard to build trust

Led the end-to-end redesign of Square’s disputes dashboard and disputes tracker across web and mobile. Improved seller response rates, reduced support calls, and brought the experience into alignment with the broader Square ecosystem. Designed for urgency, trust, and clarity—across 8 global markets and high-stakes seller moments.

Designed an ecosystem-wide system that flags risky and disputed payments across every Square payment product, powered by ML-driven signals. Sellers receive clear context and one-click actions to protect transactions, to reduce fraud and disputes.

Partnering closely with ML and data-science teams, I designed a platform that generated tailored fraud and dispute insights and recommended actions for Square sellers to protect their business with Squares guidance. The result: fewer disputes, less operational lift for account managers and support, and sellers who feel proactively protected by Square.

A week long Hack Week concept connecting Cash App and Square to enable entrepreneurs raise micro loans from friends and family. Inspired by Ugandan savings circles, the project shows how informal lending can spark businesses.

I led research to understand micro sellers and designed clear, empathetic experience. Through targeted experiments, we reduced churn, built trust, and showed leadership the outsized impact of investing in first-dispute support for the smallest sellers on Square’s platform.

Compassionate debt repayment system for sellers growth and retention

Partnered with product, engineering, and MLDS to design tailored repayment plans that fit different business cash flow needs. This shifted Square’s strategic approach from rigid collections to supportive, flexible repayment options—reducing churn, easing stress, and helping more sellers fully repay while strengthening long-term trust and loyalty.

Designed a global marketing launch tool for Netflix

I designed an internal tool that streamlined and unified global marketing campaign planning across films, series, and specials aligning billboards, trailers, interviews, and digital assets. The platform enabled focus spend on key titles and drive more cohesive, high-impact launches, by visualizing cadences and consolidating workflows across multiple teams resulting in higher engagement per marketing dollar spent.

Designed a suite of dashboards for tech leaders to see how their engineers were mastering tech stacks to aligned their teams skills towards their digital transformation goals. By making team capabilities visible and actionable, the dashboard enabled smarter coaching, stronger alignment with strategy for companies using Pluralsight. This platform drove adoption, retention, and enterprise growth for Pluralsight.

I led the design of Pluralsight’s learner onboarding and engagement ecosystem, combining goal-setting, gamification, and personalized recommendations to sustain motivation. Through research with engineers, we identified what kept them learning even when challenged, then embedded streak tracking, badging, and progress communications into the experience. These features drove higher learner engagement and retention, delivering stronger value for both learners and enterprise customers.

The system powered in-app notifications, emails, and texts—personalized for learners, leaders, and content creators.
